Sea2Sea Day 3 - Loch Lochy to Glengarry Castle

Following a tough 10km on Day 2, Iain was back in the water at Loch Lochy to begin Day 3 of the Sea2Sea Challenge.

Consistency is proving vital and Iain once again delivered, grinding out another 10km in choppy waters to reach the end of Loch Lochy before moving into the calmer narrows of the canal and finishing the day at Glengarry Castle in Loch Oich.

After just three days, Iain has now swum more than 33km - an incredible achievement. His support team continues to play a key role in keeping him fuelled, motivated and in good spirits as they prepare for Day 4.
